Deep In Mind

Deep In Mind is a duo from Greece/Iceland composing psychedelic chill-out music with ethnic elements.

Their sound consists of Synthesizers, found sound, and various instruments. Formed in 2010 by Bjorn Alpha on electronics, and music production and Marios Podaras, a multi instrumentalist with a main focus on the Violin. As a live act Deep In Mind hasperformed at prominent music festivals in Greece and abroad, such as Samsara, Dakini, Aurora, as well as playing gigs in various venues and types of events. They have been taking part in numerous compilations and releasing two EPs.

Their first album, titled “Autumn to Spring” was released in 2019. The second album, titled “Nereids” will be released soon (2023) through Merkaba Music. Through cinematic improvisational arrangements, their music narrates journeys into the audience’s inner-emotional self, with a distinctive scent of melancholy.
