A “Tipping point” is the point at which a series of small changes or incidents becomes significant enough to cause a larger, more important change. This sombre body of music was named and conceptualised in 2019. Written in both 2019 and the start of 2020, prior to the period we have all endured.

It has surely been a global human drama of enormous scale. This included a massive de-acceleration. A moment shared together, yet apart. What a unique moment for our animal kin to breathe and our skys to clear to expose the smog shrouded mountains that have been hidden for decades in our consumption. What a strange year of human existence! I hope you have found the inspiration in that space for positive growth..

There were no changes in 2020 that were small. But inside those walls and inside my being, there was certainly many small changes and a tipping point is well and truly in action. How will it play out in the world? We sit on the cusp of some old or new trajectories. What do you want that to be? It’s your turn. Shine on.
